Job Overview:  The IT Helpdesk support specialists have a key function in the organization. They provide providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The IT Helpdesk team is responsible for answering queries and addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner.

Tasks

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Testing new technology

The profile we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences or relevant
  • Proven experience as an Help Desk Technician or other similar roles
  • Excellent communication skills in English
