Overview:

We are seeking for a client administrator who will be in charge of maintaining daily tasks related to our client from administrative support, sales and up to finance.

The position is an incredibly interesting and challenging role that provides the opportunity to work directly with our clients.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Respond to client requests, issues, problems, complaints and work with service provider team leads to resolve in a timely, professional and satisfactory manner;
  • Act as a Liaison between the services that we provide and the client requests.
  • Handle Day to day communications
  • Ensure client intake and outcome reporting and planning is accurate and on time.
  • General clerical duties to include filing, record management and other general office requirements

Requirements

  • BSc degree in Management or similar field
  • Previous experience in a busy and dynamic office environment
  • Great knowledge of English language
  • Experience or willingness to learn
  • Good knowledge of PC
  • Attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
  • Organizational and time-management skills
