  • Inbound: Examining errors and finding adequate solutions within the required timeframe;
  • Identifies customer's need for additional products and delivers it to the customer in a pleasant way.
  • Helps clients through the phone, via e-mail and chat in English;
  • Updates information to the system;
  • Performs documents implementation;


Your desired profile:

  • Communicates fluently in English, spoken and written
  • You want to communicate over the phone, are friendly, mindful, and customer-oriented.
  • You are organized, willing to engage and develop professionally.
  • You have good negotiating skills and find convincing arguments.
  • You have experience in communicating with clients through the phone; preferably in the field of customer retaining.
  • You have good computer skills.
